Making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Welcome to the Duncan United Methodist Church, part of the Tyger River Charge! One church, two campuses in the heart of the Tri-City metropolis of Duncan/Lyman/Wellford, SC, where You BELONG already!
Seriously. Every week at Duncan UMC, Christians and non-Christians, seekers and skeptics, the fired-up and the burned-out all come together to learn the ins and outs of Jesus’ great invitation into a new life.

JOIN US THIS SUNDAY!
At Duncan United Methodist Church, everyone is welcome, seriously. There’s no dress code, no insider language, and no prerequisites. You’ll be greeted at the door and ushered into our Sanctuary. Worship begins at 10:00 AM. They will last about an hour, and we’ll spend time worshipping through song, learning from the scriptures, and praying for one another.
Worship at Duncan is help “family style.” Which means we are welcome noisy toddlers, children who wiggle, and those who sometimes want to get out of their seats. In fact, we even have a room off of our entry area where a rocking chair for new mothers can be found and some toys for those who may have a difficult time sitting in worship.
